You can't build great homes without great people

Mark Prosser started his career with a four year apprenticeship in North Canterbury. He worked on several large projects including the Christchurch Park Royal.

He was formally an executive on the Canterbury Master Builders Committee and is described as an exemplary member of RMBA since 1991. His mission is to build a house which reflects the highest possible quality both through workmanship and transparency with the client.

Melissa Prosser is a qualified chartered accountant, Melissa works alongside Mark and his team to ensure each project is managed according to time-frames and that each clients requests are adhered to.

Our People

Our management team includes an Administrator, Project Manager and Health + Safety Officer. Each site is managed by a site foreman who is guaranteed to be there from start to finish. We encourage our staff to upskill constantly to provide the best possible outcome to the project.
